尿道成形术中尿道支架管内置管膀胱引流的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道成形术中尿道支架管内置管膀胱引流的护理要点。方法对44例尿道下裂患者管道护理,切口的观察、并发症及健康教育的总结。结果44例中术后36例愈合,尿瘘8例,并发症发生率18.18%。结论尿道下裂手术难度大,术后护理要求高。保证引流管道的通畅,减少瘢痕是增加手术成功率,减轻患儿心理影响,提高远期疗效的重要保证。Objective To probe the outline of the tend of the cystic drainage by intubating through the urethral catheterization after the urethroplasty. Methods We tended the urethral catheterization of 44 hypospadiac patients after the urethroplasty and observed the operative area,then summarized the health education. Results 36 of 44 patients had excellent outcomes. 8 patients suffered from the urethrocutaneous fistula after the urethroplasty. The rate of the urethrocutaneous fistula was 18. 18%. Conclusion The operation for a hypospadiac patient requires the excellent operative skill and the careful tend postoperatively. Making sure the good drainage of the urethral catheterization and reducing the scar are the important points to increase the successful rate of the operation, to reduce the psychologic stress and to heighten the long- term effect.
