摘 要:利用叶绿素荧光测定技术研究比较了刚竹属等22个观赏竹叶绿素荧光特性,结果表明,观赏竹种不同属间、种间的光系统II(PSII)功能具有差异,竹种间叶绿素荧光参数均达到显著或极显著差异水平。(1)刚竹属的高节竹、红哺鸡竹、斑竹、金镶玉竹、黄秆乌哺鸡、绿皮黄筋的Fv、Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0、ΦPSⅡ、qP等值高于其它7个竹种,qN值相对较低,即前6个竹种具有较好的光合生理功能;(2)刚竹属竹种的叶绿素荧光参数除qN值外,其它参数均值高于箣竹属竹种,而属内竹种的各项参数差异小于属间差异,箣竹属、牡竹属的qN值较低,表现竹种光合机构有着良好的自我保护机制。Chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves in 22 omamental bamboo species were menstruated by using the chlorophyll florescence measuring technique. The results showed that the function of optical system Ⅱ ( PSⅡ ) were dissimilarity among different genus and species. The parameters all showed significant or extremely significant diversity level among different ornamental bamboo species. (1) The value of Fv, Frn, Fv/FO, ФPS Ⅱ, qP of Phyllostachy prominens, P. iridescens, P. bambusoides f. lacrima-deae , P. aureosulcata ‘ Spectabilis' , P. vivax ‘ Aureocaulis' and P. sulphurea ‘ Houzeau' were higher than the other 7 species of bamboo, while the value of qN in these 6 species were lower. Then, the photosynthetic physiological functions of these 6 species were better than the others. (2)The mean of Fm.Fv.Fv/Fm.Fv/F0.ФPS Ⅱ .qP .Fv′/Fm′ were higher in Phyllostachys bamboos than those in Bambusa bamboos. The results also suggested that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters differed little among species in Phyllostachys or Bambusa family.
