摘 要:未经任何处理的杨木素材试件,耐腐性能较差,经低分子酚醛树脂浸渍处理后,试件的耐腐性能明显地提高。腐朽试验结果表明,在所选试验条件下,仅8周时间,素材的失重率就达9.52%之多,而当浸以低分子酚醛树脂后,同等条件下试件的失重率均小于2%。当处理材增重率为14.2%时,其失重率最小,腐朽前后试件表面的颜色变化也证实了这一点。试验结果表明,在所选试验条件下,低分子酚醛树脂处理后,速生杨木的耐腐性能改善效果明显。The natural anti-decay ability of untreated poplar samples was quite poor, while the performance of those samples modified with low molecule phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) could be enhanced distinctly. 8 weeks later, weight percent losses (WPL) of untreated samples reached 9.52%, WPL of treated samples was all less than 2% , and could be the lowest when the weight percent gains were adopted at the level of 14.2%. The color change of modified and un-moditled samples validated this point further. The conclusions could be drawn that the anti-decay ability of fast-grown poplar modified with PF could be improved clearly.
