摘  要:以1年生圆齿野鸦椿幼苗为试材,研究了干旱胁迫下圆齿野鸦椿苗期叶片生理特性的变化。结果表明,干旱胁迫对圆齿野鸦椿苗期叶片生理的影响显著。随着胁迫程度的加剧,叶片相对含水量持续快速下降;质膜相对透性和可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛的含量在轻度和中度干旱时,能保持基本平稳状态。但在重度干旱时,它们只能持续较短时间的增加,随之急剧下降。可见,圆齿野鸦椿幼苗具有中度抗旱能力。Changes of leaf physiological characteristics of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings under drought stress were investigated. The results showed that the physiological characteristics were influenced significandy under drought stress. As the stress of drought was intensified, leaf relative water content (RWC) decreased gradually; Membrane permeability, the content of soluble sugar, free proline and malonic di-aldehyde (MDA) remain stable under light or moderate drought stress. However, they increased in only a short time under severe drought stress, then dropped sharply. It is concluded that E. konishii seedlings had moderate drought resistant ability.
