摘 要:将灰色系统方法应用于城市大气环境质量评价中,通过灰聚类分析确定不同灰类的污染级别,采用灰关联分析找出最大贡献因子。以吕梁市13个县大气质量评价为例,以SO2,NO2,PM10浓度作为评价指标,针对评价对象实际,将国家大气质量标准的分级扩展为五级标准,以反映污染程度的差异。通过灰类、不同灰类的白化函数确定、灰色聚类权与聚类系数的计算确定各县区的污染级别;运用均值型大气质量综合指数模式确定参考向量进行灰色关联度分析,确定最大影响污染物为SO2。评价结果与实际情况吻合较好,对环保管理具有参考意义。This paper applied the gray analysis system theory into the atmospheric quality assessment of cities, which worked out the different pollution levels of gray classes with the gray cluster analysis, and then found out the greatest relational fact. The atmospheric quality assessment of 13 counties of Lvliang as a case in point, with the concentration of SO2 ,NO2 and PM10 as appreciated indexes, aiming at the fact of appreciated targets, this paper amplified the level system ruled on the National Atmospheric Quality Standard into five-level system, which in order to reflect the difference among pollution degrees. Giving out the gray clusters, whitened gray functions of different gray clusters, and signing weights and calculating coefficients of gray classes, the pollution levels of counties would be worked out. Utilized the mean-type atmospheric general index appreciation formula on the gray relational analysis for calculation of reference vectors, then, the topmost contribution pollution was SO2. The result was similar to the practical condition,which benefits the environmental protection and management.
