摘 要:利用分子标记技术开展向家蚕实用品种中导入核型多角体病毒病抗性基因的研究。实验结果发现已报道的分子标记在不同品种间表现出差异,与抗性性状并非完全相关。添毒结合标记检测,筛选出抗性品种"多化N"和敏感性的实用品种"春华"作为育种素材,并从特定品种"多化N"中获得了特异性连锁片段。通过组配近等基因系,结合添毒试验在BC3-F2代抗性个体中明显检测到该标记。Molecular markers were used in the present anti-BmNPV silkworm breeding process. The results showed that the previous report anti-BmNPV linked molecular markers alternated in different silkworm varieties and was not consistent with resistant character. Further more, one molecular marker was found linked to BmNPV resistance character in Bm NPV resistant variety "Duohua N" by genetic analysis of the near-isogenic lines BC3-F2. The virus resistant variety "Duohua N" and the susceptive commercial variety "Chunhua" were selected as the breeding material and anti-BmNPV silkworm breeding were carried out with the integration of virus feeding and molecular selection.
