摘　　要：Parlay/OSA是Parlay工作组制定的一套开放的、技术独立的应用编程接口,它向业务开发者屏蔽底层网络,实现业务快速接入。介绍了Parlay/OSA技术的产生和应用背景,以及技术总体概述。详细描述了Parlay/OSA的体系结构,包括框架组成和各部分功能详述。以号码翻译和多方呼叫为例,举例说明了Parlay/OSA的具体实现和应用,使读者能够更好地理解Parlay/OSA技术。Parlay/OSA is a set of open and technology independent application programming interfaces defined by Parlay group,which shields the low layer network to the service developer to access the services rapidly. In this paper, first the origin and application background of Parlay/OSA technology and its technical overview are introduced. Then the architecture of the Parlay/OSA is described in detail, which includes the framework and the function of each component.Finally, taking the number translation and multi-party call as example, the specific implementation and application of Parlay/OSA are illustrated,that will help readers to better understand Parlay/OSA technology.
