沈阳市大学生吸烟现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨辽宁省沈阳市大学生吸烟现状及相关因素,为建立大学生控烟模式提供依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,对沈阳市2所大学1 117名大学生进行问卷调查,有效问卷为1 104份。平均年龄(21.0±1.4)岁。采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果尝试吸烟率为47.7%(男生62.4%,女生27.2%),调查前1个月吸烟率19.7%(男生29.4%,女生6.1%);每天吸1支,连续30 d,吸烟率为7.4%(男生11.7%,女生1.3%)。开始吸第1支烟的平均年龄(17.7±4.3)岁,其中男生(17.5±4.2)岁,女生(19.1±5.4)岁。大学生吸烟的影响因素有周围人吸烟、朋友吸烟、感到伤心、对烟草依赖等。结论大学生吸烟率较高,应针对环境、心理、行为等因素采取综合控制措施。Objective To study the status and the influential factors of cigarette use among college students and to provide basis for models of smoking prevention and controll for college students. Methods With stratified cluster sampling method, 1 117 college students were chosen. There were 1 104 eligible questionnaires which collected from students with the averageage of （21.0 ± 1.4） and analyzed with SPSS 11.5. Results The attempting smoking rate was 47.7% （male 62.4 %, female 27.2 % ）. The past month smoking rate was 19.7 % （male 9.4 %, female 6.1）. The smoking rate of at least one cigarette every day for 30 days was 7.4 % （male 11.7 %, female 1.3 % ）. Age of first smoking was （17.7 ±4.3） years, （ 17.5 ±4.2） years in male, （ 19.1 ±5.4） years in female. The influencing factors of smoking were surrounding smokers, grief, addict to tobacco etc, Conclusion Smoking behavior among college students are very serious. The general strategies should be taken on circumstances, psychology and behavior.
