柳州市中学生行为危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中学生行为危险因素,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对广西壮族自治区柳州市1 853名学生通过自填问卷方式进行调查。结果54.5%的中学生认为无病或机体功能正常即健康,持此观点的初中一年级学生(67.1%)明显高于高中二、三年级学生(46.9%,44.5%,P<0.05)。男生吸烟率为9.63%,女生为0.9%,男生明显高于女生;52.6%的吸烟学生认为吸烟主要受社会、家庭、周围环境的影响。有饮酒习惯男生为10.6%,女生为3.3%。有婚前性行为的高中生为3.13%,初中生为0.9%,初、高中学生性行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。42%高中生对婚前性行为表示赞同态度。中学生缺乏健康知识,尤其缺乏性健康科学知识。结论柳州市中学生存在多种健康相关危险行为,应从学校、家庭和社会多方面入手,开展相关健康教育,并制定干预措施。Objective To discuss the behavioral risk factors of middle and high school students and provide reference for devising measurses of prevention and control. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out in 1 853 students with stratified random sampling method. Results 54.5 96 of the students regarded without disease and with normal body function as health, among which the students of grade 1 in junior high school showed a higher ratio（67.196 ） than that of grade 2 and grade 3 in senior high school （46.9 96 and 44.5 96 respectively, P 〈 0.05）. Smoking rate among boys surveyed was 9.63 96 and higher than that of girls. 52.6 96 of smokers thought they smoked mainly clue to the influence of the society, family and circumstance. 10.6 96 of boys drank frequently, so as 3.3 96 of girls. 3.13 96 of students in high grades had premarital sex and 0.9 96 in middle school students（ P 〈 0.05）. Middle school students lacked of knowledge on health, especially on knowledge of healthy sex. Conclusion Several behavioral risk factors exist among middle and high school students in the city of Liuzhou, related education and intervention should be brought via school, family and society.
