摘 要:在管道焊接中,水溶性纸用作封堵材料,其作用并非阻断空气,仅增加空气流动的阻力,以达到减少空气流动保护管壁的目的。焊接高温,气体膨胀,封堵纸片,必须有一定的透气度,以防纸片被膨胀的空气顶破。漏气(封堵效果不好)的原因很多;如纸张破损,封堵或焊接操作不当等均可引起漏气。常规纸机生产水溶性纸,为防粘和流失,必须使用水不溶性CMC-H,后期再经碱处理,使转变为可溶性CMC-Na。这种工艺最大的问题是污染。建议用干法生产,直接用CMC-Na,简化生产流程也消除了污染。On pipe welding the dissolving paper is the material for plugging the pipes. The purpose is not to cut offthe air but increase the air resistance thus to reduce the air flow inside the pipe. The high temperature on welding, the expansion of the air, the paper for plugging has to be a certain porosity to prevent the paper broken by the expanded air. There are many reasons cause the air leaking (the plug failed) such as paper broken, improper plugging or welding, etc. When making dissolving paper on conventional paper machine the CMC-H which is indissolvable in water has to be used in order to prevent the sticky and keep the retention. It is then be alkalized in the last stage so it is changed into CMC-Na which is dissolvable in water. The biggest problem for this process is the pollution. Suggest to produce the paper in dry method by using directly CMC-Na. It will not only simplify the process but also eliminate the pollution problem.
