摘  要:对加盐萃取精馏技术的研究进展进行了综述。讨论了盐效应理论及用于汽液平衡数据预测和关联的盐效应模型,如拟二组分模型、含盐局部组成模型等,介绍了近些年加盐萃取精馏技术在分离醇-水、酯-水等极性物系以及碳四馏分等非极性物系中的应用研究进展,并提出了加盐萃取精馏技术存在的问题及展望。Technology of extractive distillation with salt is a new separation method integrating extraction and distillation containing salt. Salt effect theories and models used in prediction and correlating data of vapor-liquid equilibrium, namely pseudo-binary model, salt containing local composition model were discussed. Recent progress in application and research of salt containing extractive distillation for separation of ethanol-water and ester-water polar systems and C4 non-polar systems were introduced. The problem and prospect in technology of extractive distillation with salt were also put forward.
