摘  要:介绍了负载金属的硅铝磷酸盐、Y 型、β型、丝光沸石、ZSM-5分子筛双功能催化剂上正庚烷异构化反应的研究进展,重点介绍了影响催化剂正庚烷异构化性能的主要因素,包括金属的含量、载体的酸性及分子筛的制备方法等。简要讨论了双功能催化剂上烷烃异构化反应机理,并预测了金属/分子筛双功能催化剂今后的发展趋势及应用前景。Several zeolites(aluminosilicophosphate zeolite, Y, β, mordenite, ZSM-5 zeolites) loaded with metals used as bifunctional catalyst in n-heptane isomerization were introduced. Influencing factors of these catalysts and their catalytic performance in isomerizations of alkanes were summarized. These catalysts are high in catalytic activity for the isomerizations. Contents of metal, acidity and preparation methods of zeolites were the main influencing factors for their catalytic performance in the isomerization. Mechanism of the isomerizations over bifunctional catalysts was briefly discussed. Development trends and application prospect for these bifunctional catalysts in the future were predicted.
