摘　　要：城市旅游功能的建设对于旅游业乃至整个城市的发展均具有重要的意义。现对济南市的旅游业现状作必要的分析,以提高济南市旅游功能,进而促进济南市的经济发展。The urban tourism function building is one of the most important aspects in perfecting the morden urban functions. This article firstly analyses the meanings of urban tourism and urban tourism function, then analyses the achievements that Jinan City has gained and the problems that Jinan City still has in urban tourism function development. According to the problems, the article lastly elaborates the strategies in consummating Jinan City＇s tourism function.
