摘　　要：介绍了西津水电厂水轮机调速器的改造过程,论述了步进式双微机调速器的设备配置情况、性能特点、现场安装调试、运行等情况。The author presented the upgrade process of governor at Xijin Hydropower Plant. An introduction was made on the configuration, performance features, site erection, regulating and operation of stepping dualmicro-computer governor.
