摘 要:为了预测面心立方金属线材在冷拔过程中形变织构的演变规律,采用Taylor模型对面心立方金属冷拔织构进行模拟.采用线性规划求解剪切速率,通过计算每五个滑移系组合对应的晶粒转动的平均值作为最终的晶粒转动来解决滑移系选择模糊性问题.模拟结果表明,面心立方金属线材在拉拔过程中产生〈111〉和〈001〉纤维织构组分,〈111〉为稳定的织构组分.在变形量较小的情况下,〈001〉、〈111〉纤维织构组分比较漫散.随着变形量的增加,〈001〉、〈111〉纤维织构组分的漫散程度变小.模拟与拉拔铜线材形变织构实测结果的对比表明,采用Taylor模型能够很好模拟冷拔面心立方金属材料形变织构的演变规律.In order to predict the final components of deformation texture during the drawing process of face centered cubic (FCC) metals wires, the cold drawing textures of FCC metals are simulated by Taylor model. The shear rates by linear programming and the problem of ambiguity with respect to the choice of slip Systems by calculating the resulting rotation as an average of the rotations for each combination of five systems are solved. The simulation results show that (111) and (001) fiber texture components form in drawn FCC metals wires and (111) fiber texture component is stable. When cold drawing reduction is small, (001) and (111)fiber texture components are diffused. With the increase of cold drawing reduction, the diffuse degree of (001) and (111) fiber texture components decreases. The simulated textures are compared with the experimental deformation textures of drawn copper wires, and the result shows that Taylor model can be used to simulate the evolution of cold drawing textures in FCC metals.
