摘  要:为了改善聚氯乙烯的生态性能和降低成本,以核桃壳颗粒为填充料,聚氯乙烯为基体,用常压浇注方法,制取了核桃壳颗粒含量不同的聚氯乙烯基复合材料。利用双声道声学分析仪,SEM等仪器测试了材料的隔声性能、材料的内部结构,探讨核桃壳颗粒作为聚氯乙烯填充材料制备隔声材料的可能性。结果表明:核桃壳颗粒作为聚氯乙烯的填充材料,不但可以节约成本,而且适当含量的核桃壳颗粒的存在,可以改善材料的隔声作用,但随核桃壳颗粒含量的增加,隔声性能无明显变化。In order to improve the ecological performance of PVC and reduce the cost, the PVC composites with the different contents of the walnut shell grain are prepared using the infusion technology under normal pressure, using PVC resin as matrix and walnut shell grain as filler. The sound insulation property and the internal structure of the composites are tested by the double channel acoustic analyzer, SEM and other apparatus. The feasibility of the sound insulation PVC composite prepared with walnut shell grain as filler is discussed. The results shows that the walnut shell grain can be used as PVC's filled material, so as to save the cost. The certain content of walnut shell grain can improve the sound insulation property of the composite. However, the sound insulation property of the composite has no evident improvement, as the content of the walnut shell grain increases.
