摘 要:以温州盘菜带柄子叶为外植体,研究了不同浓度AgNO3、不同辐照剂量等因素对再生的影响。结果表明,培养基中添加6.0mg/LAgNO3对不定芽的再生具有促进作用。无菌苗和处理中的外植体经过0.5~2.5Gy的低剂量的辐照后,都促进了不定芽的再生;当剂量超过7.5Gy时,其不定芽的再生率显著下降。对外植体进行2.0Gy的低剂量辐照能提高其过氧化物酶活性,并促进不定芽的生长。Petiole with cotyledon from Brassica campestris. L is used as explants in vitro culture and effects of different AgNO3 concentrations,γ- ray dose on plant regeneration are investigated. The results show that the regeneration of adventitious shoots is enhanced in the medium of 6.0 mg/L AgNO3. Induction frequency of adventitious shoots is increased by irradiation treatment of γ-rays with the lower dose of 0. 5-2. 5 Gy to seedlings and explants in culture, hut decreases dramatically when the dose is greater than 7.5 Gy. The peroxidase activity and growth of the adventitious shoots is promoted by irradiation treatment of T-rays at a dose of 2. 0 Gy on explants.
