摘  要:采用矿相和扫描电镜检测相结合的方法,研究了MgO对包钢特殊烧结矿组成和结构的影响.实验结果表明,MgO可稳定磁铁矿晶格结构,抑制磁铁矿氧化生成次生赤铁矿;同时可促进Fe2O3矿化与溶解生成含镁复合铁酸钙SFCAM,使烧结矿复合铁酸钙含量显著升高.当MgO的质量分数超过2.2%时,烧结矿中开始有含镁高熔点矿物生成,烧结矿组成变复杂,质量变差.MgO可使玻璃相组成发生较大变化.Mineral composition and microstructure of sinter of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group)Co. were investigated by using the optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that crystal lattice structure of magnetite can be stabilized and the oxidation of magnetite into hematite can be inhibited by MgO.When MgO is added into sinter,Fe2O3 is mineralized and solved into SFCAM and the content of SFCAM in sinter increases obviously. Mineral matters containing magnesium with high melting point start generating and the mineral composition of sinter becomes complex while the content of MgO is above 2.2%. MgO can give rise to great change of glassiness composition.
