摘  要:采用微型烧结法,对包钢混合铁精矿进行了变MgO含量烧结矿粘结相性能的试验研究.结果表明,MgO含量对烧结液相流动性、粘结相强度和铁酸钙生成特性影响显著,包钢烧结矿中适宜的MgO含量能够降低液相流动性指数,增加铁酸钙数量,提高粘结相自身强度.本实验条件下,适宜的MgO的质量分数为2.2%.Bonding phase properties of sinter produced by mixing iron ore concentrate of Baotou Iron and Steel(C, roup)Co.were investigated by a minisintering test device while changing the content of MgO in sinter .The results showed that liquid fluidity,self-intensity of bonding phase and generation of SFCA were obviously influenced by the content of MgO.The proper content of MgO could reduce the fluidity index,increase the generation of SFCA and enhance the serf-intenslty of bonding phase.Under this experimental condition,the proper content of MgO was about 2.2 %.
