摘  要:针对板坯连铸过程,建立了钢液流动、传热、凝固的三维耦合数值计算程序,计算、分析了该过程钢液的流动、凝固特征,以及在浸入式水口区域和结晶器边部等局部区域钢液的流动、温度分布特点.计算结果表明,从浸入式水口出口注入的钢液,在流动的区域内形成2个空间分布的大循环区域,这两个循环区域中心的温度相对较低.上循环流在结晶器窄边附件由于拉坯的作用形成了小的狭长循环,同时有倒钩状温度分布情况.结晶器表面钢液的流动速度、湍动能分布大小以及F数,在一定程度上可以表征结晶器液面波高以及与铸坯质量的关系.The 3-D mathematical simulation program which coupled fluid flow, thermal transfer and solidification was coded based on slab continuous casting process. Some characteristics such as fluid flow, solidification and temperature distribution near the SEN and at the comer of the mould were simulated and analyzed. The results indicated that the flow of molten metal formed into two big cycle zones in the mould after they flow out of the SEN, and temperature is relatively low at the center of these cycle zones. There is a small cycle zone near the wall of the mould due to the moving of the slab. The velocity of surface flow, turbulence kinetic energy and F value can reveal the relation between the fluctuation of mold level and the quality of the slab.
