摘 要:目的通过麦芽醇对脑缺血-再灌注后星形胶质细胞增殖进行干预,以探讨其对胶质增生的影响。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌流模型,应用免疫印迹和免疫组织化学方法检测7天后损伤侧海马胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的表达,观察麦芽醇对胶质增生的影响。结果MCAO后7天,损伤侧海马GFAP的表达明显增强(P<0.01),给予麦芽醇后,可抑制GFAP蛋白的表达(P<0.01)以及星形胶质细胞的增殖。结论麦芽醇可部分抑制胶质增生,从而有可能为神经再生和功能重建提供更有利的生存环境。Objective To investigate the effects of maltol on astrocyte proliferation in hippocampus after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods The model of ischemia reperfusion was induced by temporary middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Maltol was administrated once a day for 7 days after MCAO. The expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) was analyzed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results 7 days after cerebral ischemia reperfusion, the expression of GFAP was increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). Application of maltol could inhibit astrocyte proliferative response( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Maltol may help create an environment that is more suitable for neuronal survival and regeneration by reducing glial proliferation.
