脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠凝血功能指标异常的改善作用

摘  要:目的探讨脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠凝血功能异常的改善作用。方法腹腔注射链脲霉素制作糖尿病大鼠模型。用不同剂量脂糖舒(0.5g/kg和1.0g/kg)灌胃,连续8周,并取健康大鼠作正常对照。测定各组大鼠血清葡萄糖(Glu)含量和凝血功能指标[凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分促凝血酶原激酶时间(APTT)和纤维蛋白原(Fbg)含量]。结果模型组大鼠血清Glu和Fbg含量较正常组明显升高,TT、PT和APTT明显缩短,P<0.01;而脂糖舒高剂量组(1.0g/kg)大鼠血清Glu和Fbg含量较模型组明显降低,TT、PT和APTT显著延长,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论高剂量脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠凝血功能异常有明显的改善作用。Objective To observe the Protective effects of Zhi Tang Shu (ZTS) on blood coagulation disorder in diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic model of rats was established by abdominal injection of Streptozotocin(50mg/kg). Then ,the different doses of ZTS( ZTS-1 group 0.5g/kg and ZTS-2 group 1.0g/kg) were respectively administrated intragastrically for 8 weeks,and healthy rats were used as the control. At end of 8th week, the contents of Glucose (Glu) and fibrinogen (Fbg) in serum and thrombin time ( TT), thromboplastin time(PT) and the nactivated partial thromboplastin time (AVTT) in serum were detected. Results Compared with normal control group,the contents of Glu and Fbg were obviously increased but the indexes of TT,PT and AFTT were remarkably decreased in diabetic model group(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Compared with midel group, the high dose(1.0g/kg) of ZTS could obviously prolong the time of TT, PT and AFTT and decrease the contents of Glu and Fbg in serum of diabetic rats(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The high dose(1.0g/kg) of ZTS has obvious Protective effects on blood coagulation disorder in diabetic rats.
