摘  要:目的观察辛伐他汀联用普罗布考对急性脑梗死患者血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法采用自身和组间对照,选择脑梗死患者72例,分为两组,其中常规治疗组35例,联合治疗组37例。于治疗前和治疗30d后分别测定血清oxLDL、SOD及MDA变化,并进行神经功能缺损程度评分判断疗效。结果①联合治疗组治疗30d后,血清SOD含量明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),oxLDL及MDA含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05)。②治疗30d后,联合治疗组血清SOD含量明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05),oxLDL及MDA含量明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分较常规治疗组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀联用普罗布考具有很强的抗氧化作用,能减少神经元的损伤,提高急性脑梗死患者的近期疗效。Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin and probucol on the levels of oxLDL, SOD and MDA in acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods 72 patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage were derided randomly into convention group ( n = 35 ) and therapeutic alliance group ( n = 37 ). The levels of oxLDL,SOD and MDA in serum were measured before and 30d after therapy,and the therapeutic effect was observed by standard scale of clinical neurological deficit. Results ①After 30d follow-up, the levels of oxLDL and MDA in serum were obviously decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), the neurological function was improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the level of SOD in serum was obviously increased ( P 〈 0.05) in the therapeutic alliance group. ②The levels of oxLDL-Ab and MMP-9 in serum were obviously decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the neurological function was improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the level of SOD in serum was obviously increased ( P 〈 0.05) in the therapeutic alliance group as compared with the convention group after 30d therapy. Conclusion Simvastatin combined with probucol has an antioxidant effect in acute stage of cerebral infarction, reduces neuronal injury and improves the therapeutic effect in the near future.
