摘　　要：建设项目可行性研究阶段的投资估算是建设项目投资控制4大环节中的首要环节,它贯穿于整个建设项目的始终。分析了建设项目可行性研究阶段投资估算各组成部分的现状及估算时存在的问题,并提出解决问题的措施。In the stage of construction project feasibility study, investment estimate plays an important role in the four parts of construction project investment control,it permeates the entire construction projects. The article analyzed the present condition and existence problems from all parts of the investment estimate, and then put forward some suggestions to solve these problems.
