摘 要:为选配在汽车ABS实验台中用于模拟车辆惯性的关键部件——飞轮组,通过对能量守恒理论的分析,提出了汽车质量表达形式,建立了与所模拟汽车的质量相对应的转动惯量与汽车参数之间的关系.并分析计算了两种较实用的飞轮组优化设计方法,在考虑实际应用要求的前提下,总结出一套可行的飞轮系转动惯量优化组合方案.Assembled flywheel system is a key component of ABS test stand, which is used for simulating inertia of vehicles. According to energy conservation theory, expression of vehicle mass is presented and the relationship between moment of inertia corresponding to the simulated vehicle mass and vehicle parameters is established. Two types of assembled flywheel system with novel structure are designed. Under the prerequisite of considering practical application, a set of feasible optimization and combination schemes of assembled flywheel system's moment of inertia are put forward.
