摘 要:介绍了直接与定向加热的燃气辐射器系统,为了证明燃气定向辐射器远距离加热时可节约能源,采用对比计算的方法,分析了随加热距离增加,直接加热与间接加热时相关的技术经济特性参数.探讨了被加热物体表面均匀加热面积相同时,被加热物体表面均匀加热率的变化,及采用定向辐射器可使节能率得以提高的情况.计算结果表明,远距离加热时定向辐射器节能明显.为燃气定向辐射器开发提供了理论依据.The gas-fired radiative burner system about direct and directional heating is provided. In order to prove that the energy can be saved as to long-distance heating with directional gas -fired radiative burners, and the characteristic parameters of technology economy is analyzed comparatively for the direct and indirect heating as heating distance increased. When the uniform heat rate of the heated object' s surface varies and the uniform heat area of the heated object' s Surface is the same, the rate of saved energy of long-distance radiative burner is also analyzed. The results illustrate that the effect of saving energy by long-distance heating is obvious. It provides the theory basis for the production of directional gas-fired radiative burners.
