摘  要:应用中心复合设计的统计学原理对研究平板型脉动热管传热性能的试验方案进行了设计并进行了试验研究.由试验数据得到了以充液率、倾斜角度和加热量作为变量的二阶回归模型,统计回归结果与试验结果偏差在5%以内.结果表明:倾斜角度和加热量对传热热阻的影响均是二次方的关系;充液率与加热量的乘积以及倾斜角度与加热量的乘积对传热热阻也存在影响;充液率对脉动热管传热性能的影响与倾斜角度对脉动热管传热性能的影响之间没有统计学上的联系.通过求解回归极值,可以对模型在给定工况下进行优化,从而获得脉动热管的最佳传热性能.The experiment on heat transfer performance of flat plate pulsating heat pipe (PHP) was designed based on the central compound design. A second order regression model with variables including charge liquid rate, inclined angle, and heat quantity was obtained from the experiment data, and the deviation was within 5% between statistical regression values and the experiment values. The results show that transfer heat resistance of PHP was sensitive to the square of inclined angle and square of heat quantity, and it was also impacted by the arithmetic product of charge liquid rate or inclined angle and heat quantity. In addition, there was not obvious directly correlation between charge liquid rate and incline angle impacted on heat transfer performance of PHP in statistics, The conclusion can be drawn that the optimal heat transfer performance of PHP can be achived by solving for extremum of regression model.
