摘 要:研究了乳化体系、相对分子质量调节剂和引发剂等因素对热法丁腈橡胶(NBR)性能的影响,开发出牌号为NBR-2707的热法NBR新生产技术。结果表明,采用十二烷基磺酸钠替代拉开粉、叔十二碳硫醇替代二硫化二异丙基黄原酸酯(调节剂丁),制备出生产过程更加环保的NBR-2707产品,提高了反应速率;当十二烷基磺酸钠的质量分数为3%~4%、过硫酸钾质量分数为0.20%以及过硫酸钾与乙醇胺的质量比为7/1时,能制得综合性能良好的热法NBR。The effects of emulsification system, relative molecular mass regulator, and initiator on properties of hot emulsion polymerization nitrile rubber(NBR) were investigated, and a new production technology of hot emulsion polymerized NBR(2707) was developed. The results showed that NBR-2707 could be prepared by using sodium dodecyl sulfate to replace nekal BX and tert-dodecylmercaptan to replace regulator D. The process of new technology was more environment-protecting and could reduce the reaction time. The hot emulsion polymerized NBR with superior balanced properties was acquired when the mass fraction of sodium dodecyl sulphonate was 3% -4% , the mass fraction of potassium peroxydisulfate was 0.20% , and the mass ratio of potassium peroxydisulfate to ethanolamine was 7/1.
