摘 要:采用共聚法合成高苯乙烯橡胶,研究了合成过程中的影响因素,且根据优化的配方和工艺条件进行了工业放大试验,并与共凝聚法合成的高苯乙烯橡胶的性能进行了比较。结果表明,采用共聚法可获得结合苯乙烯质量分数为(60±5)%的高苯乙烯橡胶,工业放大试验的产品性能稳定,可替代共凝聚法进行高苯乙烯橡胶的生产。High styrene rubber was synthesized by copolymerization, and its influence factors were studied. Industrial test of synthesis high styrene rubber was conducted under the optimized formula and technological conditions. The properties of high styrene rubber synthesized by copolymerization were compared with those of high styrene rubber synthesized by co-coagulation. The results showed that high styrene rubber with bound styrene (60 ± 5 )% could be obtained by copolymerization. The properties of product from industrial test were stable and the copolymerization method could replace co-coagulation technology to produce high styrene rubber.
