摘 要:采用过氧乙酸原位法合成不同环氧值的环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯(EHTPB),从合成EHTPB的基本反应式出发,推导了反应动力学方程,讨论了碳碳双键浓度与反应温度和时间的关系。结果表明,用过氧乙酸对端羟基聚丁二烯进行环氧化改性合成EHTPB的反应为二级反应,其反应速率常数为1.868×10-6dm3/(mol.s),活化能为39.39kJ/mol,而碳碳双键和过氧化氢的反应则为一级反应。The epoxidized hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (EHTPB) with different epoxy value was synthesized by in-situ peroxy acetic acid, the reaction kinetics equation of EHTPB synthesis was derived based on its fundamental reaction equations, and the relationship between the content of carboncarbon double bond and reaction temperature or time was discussed. The results showed that the reaction pocess of peroxy acetic acid epoxydized hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene was the second order reaction, its reaction rate constant was 1. 868 × 10^-6 dm^3/(mol· s), and the reaction activation energy was 39.39 kJ/mol, however the reaction of process between carbon-carbon double bond and hydrogen peroxide was the first order reaction.
