摘　　要：介绍了硫酸工程施工中工程技术管理的重要性,结合硫酸工艺、设备和生产,阐述如何解决施工前期、设备安装、竣工验收阶段的一些问题。This paper introduces the importance of engineering technology management in the construction of sulfuric acid project. Combining with process, equipment and production of sulfuric acid, it elaborates the solution of some problems happened in the stage of early construction, equipment installation and final acceptance.
