摘  要:研制出了一种镍基裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂,表征了该催化剂的物化性质、表面酸性和活性金属分散度,考察了催化剂对裂解汽油中间馏分C6-C8和全馏分C5-C9的加氢性能,并与同类进口催化剂进行了对比。结果表明,所制备催化剂的孔径分布集中在10-20nm,孔容为0.45mL/g,表面酸强度和总酸量均低于HTC-200,活性金属分散度则高于HTC-200,其加氢稳定性能明显优于HTC-200。A nickel based catalyst for first - stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline was developed, the pysical and chemical property, surface acidity, active metal dispersion degree and hydrogenation performance for C6- C8 and C5- C9 feedstock were investigated,and the comparison was perfomed with imported catalyst HTC - 200. The results showed that the pore size distribution of the developed catalyst concentrated in 10 nm to 20nm, pore volumn was 0.45 mL/g, surface acid strength and total acid amount were less than HTC-200, active metal dis- persion degree was higher than that of HTC -200, and the activity and stability of hydrogenation performance were better than that of HTC-200.
