摘  要:提出了在催化裂化(FCC)反应过程中通过调变平衡剂中钒的价态进行催化脱硫的工艺思路。对不同钒含量的FCC工业平衡剂LHO-1及自制催化剂4221-011进行了氢气还原预处理,在固定流化床及微反装置上进行了脱硫性能评价。结果表明,与空白实验相比,4221-011催化剂经过氢气还原预处理后,可使产品汽油硫含量降低25.4%;相应LHO-1平衡剂经过氢气还原预处理后,可使产品汽油的硫含量降低23.1%;不同钒含量的催化剂经过氢气还原预处理后,汽油中硫含量都有所降低,且当催化剂中钒含量低于12 mg/g时,随着钒含量的增加,汽油硫含量降低的幅度也增大。A scheme for reducing sulfur content of gasoline in catalytic cracking (FCC)process was proposed by changing the chemical valence of vanadium (V) in catalyst. Industrial balance catalyst LHO-1 and catalyst 4221-011 made by author with different V content were pretreated using hydrogen reduction method, and the desulfurization performances of the catalysts were evaluated in a fixed-fluid bed apparatus and a micro reactor. The results showed that compared with the blank sample, the sulfur content of gasoline decreased by 25.4% and 23.1% respectively for the hydrogen-reduced catalysts of 4221 - 011 and LHO - 1. The sulfur content of gasoline could decreased for the hydrogn-reduced catalysts with different V content. When the V content in the catalyst was less than 12 mg/g,the dropping range of sulfur content increased with the increase of V content.
