摘  要:针对焦化汽油加氢精制装置中过滤器及换热器出现结焦的问题,分析了原料焦化汽油的性质,发现其所含二烯烃及细小炭粒是引起结焦的主要原因。为有效缓解结焦,在炉前增设了预加氢饱和反应器,运行结果表明,焦化汽油经预加氢饱和反应器处理后,其所含大部分烯烃、芳烃被脱除,尤其是二烯烃得以完全脱除,溴价下降0.06 g/g,脱硫率达到99.99%,总氮质量分数小于0.5×10-6,所得产品油完全满足用作乙烯原料的要求;同时还可使装置原料油处理量提高2.5 t/h,汽提塔蒸汽用量减少0.03 t/h。In accordance with the coking phenomenon occurred in the filter and heat exchangers of coker gasoline hydrofining unit,the properties of raw material, coker gasoline were analyzed, and it was found that coking problem should be attributed to the diolfin and fine canbon particles contained in the raw material. To relieve the coking efficiently, a prehydrogenation reactor was added befor heating furnace. The results showed that treated by the prehydrogenation reactor, most of olefins, aromatics in the coker gasoline, and especially diolefin was corn-pletely removed. Bromine value dropped about 0.06 g/ g and the desulfurization rate reached 99.99%. The total nitrogen content was less than 0.5×10^-6. The product could meat the needs as ethylene raw materials. Meanwhile, the processing capacity of coker gasoline in the unit could increase 2.5 t/h, and the steam consumption stripper could reduce 0.03 t/h.
