摘 要:利用化学清洗的方法对乙烯裂解炉对流段管束表面的积灰进行了清除,介绍了清洗流程及清洗时保护炉衬的措施。清洗过程主要包括预清洗、清洗、冲洗清渣及废弃物排放等步骤。保护炉衬的措施主要有采用专用喷头喷淋清洗液、控制喷嘴处流速(0.25-0.30m/s)、对流段底部铺设防水布等。清洗结果表明,炉管翅片表面的污垢基本清除干净,烟气出口温度由清洗前的180℃降至150℃,清洗液对设备的最大腐蚀率为0.33g/(m^2·h),且对炉衬无伤害,无环境污染。The surface ash deposit on the furnace tube bundle of convection section in the ethylene py- rolyzer bank were cleaned by using chemical method. The cleaning procedures and the measures for protection furnace lining were introduced. Process of chemical cleaning included pre- cleaning, cleaning, flushing and blowing down etc. Measures such as using special nozzle for spraying cleaning solution, limiting liquid 0.30 m/s, setting bundle etc were velocity at nozzle of 0.25-waterproof canvas under the tube applied to protect furnace lining.The results of chemical cleaning showed that the ash deposit on tube fin was basically removed, the tem- perature of smoke at outlet was decreased from 180℃ to 150℃,and the maximum corrosion rate of equipment was 0.33g/(m^2·h). The chemical cleaning was unharmful to furnace lining and did not pollute environment.
