摘　　要：该分时电价数学模型以各业务环节中的交易电价和交易电量为参数,以电力公司运营收益最大为目标,并考虑了各种约束条件。对基于该模型的分时电价软件的模块结构和主要功能进行了设计。The paper proposed a kind of time - shared electricity＇s price mathematic model which uses transaction energy -pricing and transaction quantity of electricity in all links as parameters, making the return per day in electric power company limited maximum as objective, and all kinds of constraint conditions being considered. The module structure and main function of time - shared energy - pricing software based on the model was discussed and proposed.
