摘　　要：党的十七大再次强调,建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是我们党新时期工作的重中之重。加强农村基层党风廉政建设,建设一支勤政、廉洁、高效的农村干部队伍,对于提高基层党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,夯实我们党在农村的执政基础,推进社会主义新农村建设具有十分重要的意义。The Party＇s 17th Congress stressed building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in China＇s modernization process, and the most important task of our party in the new era. Enhancing rural basic Party＇s work style and clean government to build a diligent, clean and highly efficient cadres team in rural areas is significant to improve the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the organizations, reinforce the ruling party＇s rural base, and promote the building of new socialist countryside.
