摘　　要：目的建立葡醛内酯原料药的微生物检查方法。方法按《中国药典》2005年版二部微生物限度检查法中的平皿法对样品进行微生物验证试验。结果5株阳性菌的回收率均可达到70%以上。结论可按平皿法对葡醛内酯原料药进行微生物限度检查。Airn To establish an examination method for microbial limit determination of glucurolactone. Method With the plating methods of determing microbial limit approved by Chinese Pharmacopeia 2005 vol. Ⅱ. Result The recovery rates of five positive control bacterium batch were all more than 70%. Conclusion The plating methods of microbial limit determination can be carried out for the glucurolactone crude drug.
