摘　　要：目的:采用血清药理学方法考察哮喘外敷方的抗乙酰胆碱作用。方法:40只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药贴敷1 d7、d和14 d组,以Hulson法诱导哮喘模型。模型对照组贴敷生理盐水,中药贴敷组贴敷中药膏(1 d、7 d和14 d)。测定各组豚鼠血清对离体气管条收缩力的影响。结果:中药贴敷1 d组和空白对照组与模型对照组无显著性差异,中药贴敷7 d组和14 d组显示出抗乙酰胆碱作用。结论:贴敷哮喘外敷方7 d后,豚鼠血清显示出抗乙酰胆碱作用。Objective： To investigate the anti-acetylcholine effect of external application of asthma plaster by serum pharmacological method. Methods： Forty guinea pigs were randomized into normal control group, model control group, treatment groups（for 1 d,7 d and 14 d）. Asthma model was induced by Hulson method. Model control group was treated with external application of normal saline. Treatment groups were treated with external application of asthma plaster for 1 d, 7 d and 14 d, respectively. The inhibitory effect of guinea pig serum on contraction of isolated tracheal strips were assayed. Results： There was no significant difference between treatment group（1 d）,normal control group and model group. Serum of guinea pigs in treatment groups（7 d and 14 d） exhibited anti-aeetyleholine effects. Conclusion：After external application of asthma plaster for 7 d, guinea pig serum has significant inhibitorv effect on contraction of tracheal strips.
