摘  要:目的:建立肉苁蓉的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:以毛蕊花糖苷为参照物,采用梯度洗脱HPLC法。色谱条件如下:Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相A为甲醇-乙腈(50∶50),B为0.05 mol/L乙酸钠缓冲液(冰乙酸调pH值至4.0),梯度洗脱;检测波长:334 nm。结果:方法的精密度、稳定性、重现性较好,共标示出肉苁蓉27个共有峰。结论:该方法可用于肉苁蓉药材的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method of HPLC fingerprint analysis of Cistanche deserticola. Methods: With acteoside as the reference substance, gradient elution HPLC method was applied to establish fingerprint chromatography of Cistanche deserticola. Shim-pack VP-ODS column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used. Mobile phase A (methanol : acetonitrile=50 : 50) and mobile phase B,0.05 mol/L sodium acetate buffer, whose pH value was adjusted to 4.0 with glacial acetic acid,were adopted as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 334 nm. Results: The method had good precision, stability and repeatability. Twenty-seven common peaks were found in the HPLC fingerprint of Cistanche deserticola. Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Cistanche deserticola.
