摘  要:为了分析机构构件的结构阻尼对含间隙机构振动特性的影响,采用非线性弹簧阻尼模型描述间隙副的碰撞接触力,基于运动弹性动力分析理论,在建立多间隙副机构刚体动力学模型的基础上,考虑构件的结构阻尼特征,建立了多间隙副机构弹性机构动力学模型;通过数值计算,分析了间隙副副元素分离碰撞及构件结构阻尼对机构动态特性的影响。分析结果表明,运动副间隙使弹性机构振动增大,而构件的结构阻尼特性对抑制弹性振动有较明显的效果。To study the influence of the impact force and the structural damping on the elastic mechanism dynamics, the nonlinear spring and damping model was used to describe the reaction force between the elements of a clearance joint, and then, the mechanism dynamics model was implemented considering joints' clearances and the structural damping of links. At last, the numeric simulation of the influence of impact forces between the elements of clearance joints and the structural damping on the elastic vibration of mechanism dynamics was implemented. The results show that the joint clearance can enhance the vibration amplitude of the link, but the structural damping can suppress the influence of impact force caused by the joint clearance, and it is a reasonable method to reduce the vibration amplitude by using the high damping material as links of a mechanism. 5 figs, 9 refs.
