摘　　要：从提升信息化战争条件下军事人才素质角度,分析了各国军事人才信息素质现状及我军培养军事人才信息素质的迫切性,提出一种适合我军院校实际的军事人才信息素质培养模式,即依托军校信息基础环境建设和信息资源环境建设,搭建军事人才信息素质培养环境,并明确了军事人才信息素质培养目标.In order to upgrade our military talents＇ information quality from the perspective of future information war, the status of foreign military talents＇ information quality and the urgency of the PLA talent＇s information quality cultivation was analyzed. A mode of cultivating our military talents＇ information quality was proposed, which was to rely on the military colleges＇ construction of the information fundamental environment and information resource environment, to construct the information environment for cultivating the military talents＇ information quality, and to definitude the aims of military talents＇ information quality cultivation.
