蟋蟀腹末神经节内DUM神经元的分布形式

摘　　要：为了揭示双斑蟋Gryllus bimaculatus(1773,DeGeer)腹末神经节内DUM神经元的分布形式,我们应用了中性红染色法和氯化镍逆行染色法.结果表明:DUM神经元主要沿着中线排列成4簇,前三簇的细胞体数量相差不多,只有最后一簇细胞体数量相对较多.这4簇DUM神经元的轴突主要经N3、N5、N7和N8这4条神经侧根传出腹末神经节.In order to probe into distributional of dorsal unpaired median, （DUM） neurons of terminal Abdominal Ganglion of Gryllus bimaculatus, We used neutral red staining and cobalt back-filling methods.The result indicates that DUM neurons arrange four bunches along the midline,and the sum of three anterior cell duster is similar,only the last one is major.Other results are：the axons of four cell cluster corn out from nerve lateral roots N3,N5,N7 and N8 mainly.
