摘　　要：经济高效地对活性污泥进行无害化处置一直是从事环境工程研究者探讨的问题之一。在多年从事污泥脱水、污泥干燥研究的基础上,研究开发设计了一种旋翼式强制流态化干燥法活性污泥无害化处置技术与装备,并应用于生产实际中。经生产实际运行,其工艺参数及运行成本均达到设计指标,同时也证明了该技术的先进性、可行性和经济性。How to economically, effectively and innocently treat active sludge is a problem discussed all the time by environment engineer. A kind of active sludge innocent treatment technology and equipment of rotor forced-fluidization desiccation is designed and applied in production on the basis of sludge dewatering and desiccation research. Processing parameters and running cost reaches the designed index in production run. The advancement, feasibility and economy of this technology are proved at the same time.
