摘  要:介绍了思林水电站碾压混凝土大坝枢纽布置及泄洪消能系统设计、大坝基础处理及优化、大坝边坡设计、坝基防渗处理以及采用的工程措施等。思林水电站泄洪消能采用了X形宽尾墩+台阶坝面+戽式消力池联合消能的消能工,该消能设计适应大流量低佛氏数泄流消能的特点,利用宽尾墩三元漩滚水跃消能特性,提高了消能率;对复杂的地质基础及边坡,如两扇岩边坡卸荷裂隙和断层发育、下游引航道九级滩段岩体强度偏低且易软化及覆盖层厚度较大等,采用了多种方法分析边坡稳定及充分利用岩体的抗拉强度进行了处理。本工程可供类似工程设计时参考。The article introduces design contents of Silin RCC dam such as pivot layout, system of flood discharge and energy dissipation, treatment and optimum of dam foundation, slope design of dam, anti-seepage treatment of dam foundation, accepted engineering measures and etc. The system of flood discharge and energy dissipation takes cooperating energy dissipation with X shape wide tail pier, stepped dam face and bucket basin. The design of energy dissipation suits the feature of large discharge and low Froude number, uses the feature of three-dimensional scroll hydraulic jump of wide tail pier, therefore, improves the damping ratio. Because of complicated geological base and slope, such as two rock slopes, load-off fissure and fault development, low strength and easily softening of the Jiujitan shale stratum in downstream chan- nel, heavy cover and etc, a lot of methods were taken to analyze on slope stability, the treatment ways were made full use of tensile strength of rock mass. The project provides reference for similar projects.
