高旋交变磁场改善膝骨性关节炎患者步行能力的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高旋交变磁场对膝骨性关节炎患者步行能力的作用。方法:60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为磁疗组和对照组各30例。磁疗组应用高旋磁多功能治疗仪进行治疗,对照组采用干涉低周波电疗仪进行治疗。2组治疗前后进行步行指数及患肢站立相时间分布状态评定。结果:磁疗组与对照组治疗第20天后其步行指数(46.23±3.07与85.10±7.89)、患肢站立相时间分布状态(46.23±3.07与43.03±3.03)与治疗前比较(86.60±11.37、30.40±6.03)均有显著提高(P<0.05);2组间比较,磁疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高旋交变磁场治疗可以显著提高膝骨性关节炎患者的步行能力,降低功能损害。Objective： To observe the curative effectiveness of the WD-HMF6000 high gyromagnetic frequency multifunction therapeutic apparatus on the walking ability of the patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Sixty cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into groups treatment and control. The treatment group （30 cases） subject to the treatment by the WD-HMF6000 High Gyromagnetic Frequency Multifunction Therapeutic Apparatus and the control group （30 cases） subject to the treatment by HL-3 Interference Low Frequency Electro-therapeutic Apparatus, respectively. Before and after the treatment, both 2 groups were evaluated by the walking index and the affected limbs standing time distribution status. Results： After treatment, the walking index and the affected limbs standing time distribution status were improved significantly in both 2 groups （P〈0.05）. The clinical effectiveness in the treatment group was obviously satisfactory than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The walking ability in the patients with knee osteoarthritis can be remarkably improved by applying the WD-HMF6000 High Gyromagnetic Frequency Multifunction Therapeutic Apparatus.
