酯类化合物保留指数与分子连接性指数相关性研究

摘　　要：在Randic分子连接性指数的基础上,结合酯类化合物的结构特点,构建了分子连接性指数mG,该指数具有优异的结构选择性。用其1阶指数1G与酯类化合物保留指数值相关联,拟合得到线性回归方程,相关系数都大于0.99,预测取得了较好的结果。Based on the topological index of Randic molecular connection, ^mG is modified as the characteristic parameter of the ester compound. The topological index＇s structure selectivity is fine. Utilizing the link between its ^1G and the retention index of the ester compound, regress--equations are presented by imitation. The result is good which show that some related coefficient is over 0. 99.
