摘　　要：通过对我国自由式滑雪雪上技巧队运动员运动损伤情况的调查,了解该项目运动员损伤的现状,探究损伤的特点,进而分析主要致因,提出相应的预防措施及建议,旨在为教练员和运动员提供参考,使运动员尽量减少和避免运动损伤的发生,提高训练效果。Through investigating on sports injuries of the freestyle skiing moguls skiers in China, this paper knows about sports injuries in current situation, probes into characteristics of sports injuries and further analyses the main reasons, so to submit the corresponding preventive measures and recommendations for coaches and athletes and to minimize and prevent the occurrence of sports injuries, as well as improve the effectiveness of training.
