摘　　要：采用文献资料法、心理测量法和数理统计法,对辽宁省部分业余体校教练员创新心理品质发展现状进行调查,旨在揭示目前辽宁省业余体校教练员在创新心理品质、创新能力方面存在的问题,为进一步提高业余体校教练员的创新能力水平、加强教练员队伍建设提供理论依据。Based on documentation, psychological measurement and statistics, this article investigates innovative psychological development of quality of amateur sports school coaches in Liaoning Province. The purpose is to reveal the problems which exist in innovative psychological quality and innovative ability of amateur sports school current coaches, in order to provide theoretical basis for further enhancing the innovative capability of the coaches and strengthening the building of the contingent of teachers.
