摘　　要：历史上,会泽境内森林茂密,水量丰富,人口稀少,生态环境良好。但自明清以来,矿业大开发、人口激增、大面积土地开垦及毁林破坏了这里的生态环境。今天会泽要实现社会、经济、环境可持续发展,必然要走生态重建之路。不断加强环境教育,增强生态意识,植树造林,改善生态环境,建设新型生态城镇,推进农村生态建设。The county of Huize, located in the northeast part of Yunnan Province, is the main antipoverty county in our country now. Ecological environment of huize is excellent with dense forest, rich water, and thinly populated in the history, but it has deteriorated in a serious condition of the land reclamation and the for- est destruction under mining industry development and population growth quickly since the Ming and Qing Dynasty. In order to achieve the sustainable development of society, economy and environment, the county of Huize today must take the road of ecological reconstruction, going through with the education of environment, afforestation, and the ecological construction of towns and villages.
